Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the objective of generating sales leads,
promoting our products/services, and closing deals.
Utilize a script and sales techniques to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our
products/services to customers.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and identifying
opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals set by the company.
Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospective customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase,
using persuasive strategies to convert them into customers.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to
customers and address their queries effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to share customer feedback, market trends, and suggestions for
improvement.
Continuously enhance your sales skills and techniques through training sessions and self-learning.

Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
Language – English/Hindi/Any other language is a plus.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales deals.
Ability to build rapport with potential customers and establish long-term relationships.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Good organizational skills to manage a high volume of outbound calls and follow-up activities.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to document and track customer interactions.
Familiarity with the products/services offered by the company and the ability to quickly grasp and
articulate their features and benefits.

Products Include – Sim Cards/Internet/Any other services related to Telecom.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues to
achieve sales objectives.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
